BackEnd Developer ll

About the role:

As a Backend Developer II at CuraPatient, you’ll be in our Engineering & Development Department. We’re looking for a mid-level, skilled Backend Developer to join our team of creators, who are consistently raising the bar on user experiences (we’re looking to fill this position quickly). Working behind the scenes, the ideal candidate has a unique blend of technical expertise and insatiable curiosity, with a methodical, analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working alongside a team as well as independently in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of the infrastructure. Ideally you are a highly skilled engineer who is comfortable with Java Springboot in a Modular Monolith environment. Our Backend engineers are responsible for writing secure, performant APIs for our Frontend application to consume. Director of UI/UX - IT Products

About the role:

As a Creative Design Director at CuraPatient, you’ll be in our UX/UI Department. We are looking for a person who has experience in UX/UI, software development (and best practices) who is able to quickly interpret business needs and client briefs and turn them into compelling & creative technology solutions. These include user-focused, complex hybrid mobile and desktop software applications.   • Providing excellent customer service and manage the expectations of the client through clear and effective communication

  • Comprehending the design thinking methodology and demonstrate how it can be applied to make for better end products, user adaptations, and improved project execution
  • Monitoring and assigning resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
  • Reporting project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels as needed - escalating issues as necessary
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering; or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a Project Management role (with software development experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in integration or implementation projects with a technical team
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise SaaS Solutions
  • Must have: Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
  • Strong experience with the healthcare industry and/or software development
  • Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets with the ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with Apple products and Google Suite

Sales Development Representative

About the role:

As an (role) at CuraPatient, you’ll be in our Business Development Department. As our Sales Development Representative you’ll be working with our Marketing and Business Development teams in our expansion to help lead to the prospecting of potential new clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail oriented, and skilled at managing competing priorities to support our team in real-time.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Assists and travels with the teams to ensure projects and presentations are organized, prepared and ready for implementation
  • Prepares, organizes and reports results, status of accounts, content decks/binders, presentations and leads to the managers/teams
  • Research, prospect and target specific accounts and territories
  • Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients in the Technical and Health Care fields.
  • Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods (networking, messaging, emailing, cold calling, etc)
  • Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients
  • Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses and the industry at large
  • Information to ensure pipeline accuracy
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration or related field
  • 0-1 years of work experience preferred, recent graduates with relevant experience/internship is a plus
